A coveted neighborhood for its proximity to parks, Sacramento Zoo, great schools and freeway,  Curtis Park is an old region north of Sutterville Road that is quite historic. Being close to Curtis Park, a ten-block park that has lots of areas to walk and play recreational sports such as tennis, volleyball and basketball, the neighborhood has managed to retain its value even through our down market, as homes are unique and offer new buyers the ideal location  to live in Sacramento. Median price varies between $276 to $310 per square foot and four bedrooms homes like the one I just listed are hard to come by.
