Sacramento Condos-Buying a home vs. a condo

The majority of my condo buyers were first-time buyers, mostly single women or single men looking to own their own place without too many headaches and repairs involved.

Sacramento, Ca real estate $10,000 credit for brand new homes!

If the Federal Stimulus $8,000 credit does not bring drives of anxious buyers ready to enjoy homeownership, then the $10,000 California or state credit should do the trick.

Under the new state law that just passed, first-time buyers, not buyers who want to buy a second home, or an investment property would receive a credit of $10,000 that will apply only to brand new homes, not resales. Read the rest of this entry »
